Symptoms

  • Small water-soaked spots that turn dark brown
  • Angular spots limited by leaf veins
  • Yellow halos around spots
  • Spots merging, leaves yellowing and dropping
  • Raised brown scabs on pepper and tomato fruit

Lifecycle

Seed-borne, splashed by rain. Thrives in warm wet weather.

What to do

  • Remove infected leaves
  • Copper sprays (organic-approved)
