Sparkling Cranberry Punch
A beautiful, non-alcoholic holiday punch — tart cranberry juice, sweet apple cider, citrus, and ginger ale, served over ice with floating cranberries and orange slices. Festive, refreshing, and crowd-pleasing at every holiday table.

Ingredients
- 4 cups cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
- 2 cups apple cider, chilled
- 2 cups ginger ale, chilledSparkling water for less sweet
- ½ cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 orange slices, thinly sliced, for garnish
- ½ cup fresh cranberries, for garnish
- 4 fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish (optional)
- 4 cups ice

Method
- Combine cranberry juice, apple cider, orange juice, and lime juice in a large punch bowl or pitcher. Stir to combine.About 3 min
- Add ice. Just before serving, pour in ginger ale and stir gently once to preserve fizz.About 2 min
- Float orange slices and fresh cranberries on top. Add rosemary sprigs for a festive garnish. Serve immediately.About 3 min
Tips
