Ingredients
- 7 oz watercress, thick stems trimmed
- 1 English cucumber, roughly chopped
- 7 oz Greek yogurt
- 1 cups vegetable broth, cold
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

- 2 tbsp olive oil, for drizzling
